A sitting test should be performed before beginning these exercises. If your participants have any difficulties maintaining their balance while sitting on the ball please DO NOT utilize these exercises!
Select the proper ball size
Professional Exercise Directions for the Fitness Ball – ARTZT Vitality Sit on the middle of the ball. Soles of the feet are on the floor. Sit upright in a stable position. Make sure that in the sitting position the hips and legs should have between a 90 to a 120° degree angle. The thighs should have a slight downward slope. |
