Objectives:

    • Discover new ways to train your clients using movement and cognition as a base for training.
    • Explore exercises that improve coordination, proprioception, balance, stabilization, and neurological education.
    • Combine medical fitness moves with exercise flow.
    • Use various combinations of physical senses,  movements, rhythms, games, and activities to promote neural activity to help create more connections between different areas of the brain. This, in turn, helps improve the production of the natural brain nutrients, or “neurotopins,” and “mental horsepower”!
