Room Size: The size of the room is dependent upon the number of participants in your class. It is important to pay special attention to the spacing of participants throughout the class to ensure there is a safe distance between one another for each specific piece of equipment or material you are using. There should be enough room to move around the ball as well as move to the sides and or the back of the room.
Provide your clients with an initial orientation of the area and the expectations of your class.
Environment should have appropriate room space and a safe floor surface.
Make sure the room space and floor area around the ball (front, side, back) are clear of debris or hindrances, leaving enough room to move and drum safely.
