DRUM TO THE FRONT, THE BACK AND WITH ROTATION

Power Core Rotation

Rotations need to be performed with caution!  Proper alignment and posture are essential in this drumming and movement skill.  Knees should always be in alignment with the foot.  Rotation occurs from the waist. Focus is to the turning side.  Open Split Ball Drumming  (8 cts.)

 Power Core Rotation

Repeat the Power Core rotation to the opposite side. Remind participants often about proper posture and alignment.  Open Split Ball Drumming.  (8 cts.)

Tip:  When rotating to the front or back please make sure that the knees are in alignment.  Check your participants and teach them to pay special attention to this.  Powerhouse is always active in these drills.
